All decks of cards are still factory sealed. It does have everything you need to play up to 4 players. All the tiles, cards, character cards & standees, rulebook, scenario book, stands, dice, comet track, pegs, etc are accounted for and in excellent shape. Box is also in very good shape with light wear from storage. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
