If you want cushion that is not as hard as a rock or a mattress that sinks when you sit on it, this type is better. 3. High Density - a dense foam with the compression rate of 44lbs designed for heavy usage and is good for ornamental cushions. If you want a cushion that is a little denser that the Medium Density foam, then this is the right foam for you. -PACKAGING- All FOAMS ARE SOLD PER SHEET (not per yard) AND ARE ROLLED FOR PACKAGING.
