Description: Sean FlynnAmerican actor and photojournalist (b. 1941), and son of screen legend Errol Flynn and actress Lili Damita. As a college student, Sean accepted a contract to appear in a sequel to his father's hit film CAPTAIN BLOOD (1935), THE SON OF CAPTAIN BLOOD (1962). He made a few more films in Europe, in all of which he was extraordinarily handsome but not particularly skilled or at ease in front of the camera. He would eventually work as a freelance photojournalist and became focused on the Vietnam War as it heated up. He eventually disappeared in Cambodia in 1970 during an assignment. It is believed that Flynn was killed by the Khmer Rouge in 1971, and he was declared legally dead in 1984.Larger linen album page (approx. 5" x 6 3/4" signed and inscribed in vintage black ink "To Stan - Sean Flynn". Fine condition with slight signs of handling. This is a strong autograph and any items signed by the younger Flynn are extremely rare and quite desirable amongst collectors. note: Photo of Flynn from THE SON OF CAPTAIN BLOOD (1963) is digital only and is used solely for illustrative purposes in this listing and is not included with the actual autograph.
