Description: For Those That May Be looking to up-grade From a Single Speed to a 3-Speed to make your pedaling life a little easier I have put together the complete conversion. I have here a set of Original Front and Rear Schwinn S-7, Center Stamped, and Center Knurled, 26x1-3/4" Rim Set. Rear has the original 1960 dated Sturmey Archer 3 speed freewheel hub that works great. Front has the Schwinn Deluxe Script Hub. This set up will come with the original Sturmy Archer 3 Speed thumb Shifter, shift cable, cable guides, and steel wheel cable guide. Everything that you need to change over to 3 speed. Both of these rims spin very nice and very near true and have no ovaling. They have no curb dents as best as I can tell and have pretty nice chrome for their age. As should be expected they do show some of the typical blemishes, light scratches, and or age. They are 65 years old and have been used. All in all I would call them in great condition for their age. These rims will come with the Vintage Uniroyal Airflight 26x1-3/4 tires that are on the rims now. THESE TIRES ARE FREE with the purchase of the rims..They show age and cracking and would probably ride but would be better suited as display tires. I leave them on the rims to also protect the rims from damage during the shipping process. All in all a pretty descent set of original Schwinn Rims.
