Includes 72" cord with 2 prong polarized plug & also hardwire hardware if you want to wire the sconce to outlet box in wall. Adjustable arm. Bulb not included. Made in Vietnam. Wall mount only. Measurements: with arms extended straight about 34". The 2 arms segments are about 12". The Shade Cone is about 5.5" long & cone diameter is 6". Mounting base plate about 5.5" in diameter. CONDITION: Open Box -Includes all hardware/parts & instructions. The sconce was never used but it does have 2 small dings and a couple small scratches to the metal shade cone (See Pictures 4, 5 & 6). 1 ding is about 1/2 inch the other ding is a shallow small dot to the bottom right. It also has a couple very small scuff marks. You could probably rotate the shade so the marks face toward the wall to be less conspicuous. See all pictures.
