Description: Savage Model 1899, 1914-1915 Take Down Factory Hang Tag and Instructions manual reproduction - NOT AN ORIGINAL. Printed with high quality scans of an original, not photo copies. This tag is for TAKE DOWN frame rifles. Includes use, loading/unloading, uncocking/cocking instructions and cleaning directions as they used to do it. Bi-fold design. Pretty neat. Dates from 1914 – 1915 by the calibers listed on the front and the company name listed as SAVAGE ARMS COMPANY, not corporation. Items are printed on high resolution 28# paper. Where proper to match the original, heavy stock high resolution card stock is used. I only use archival inks also. For a few items 20# high resolution paper is used to match the original items paper. All paper and card stock comes from a publish house paper supplier not big box stores. All of my items are done from never copyrighted originals. I only do pre-1978 items as that is the year that automatic copyrights went into affect. Thus all my items are legally made from Public Domain originals under the law. I do not reprint or sell gunsmith manuals as those are copyrighted materials.
