Description: For sale is One (1) San-O-La Antique Solid Brass Victorian Side Mount Cup Holder. The cup holder is approximately 3 1/8" in diameter, and projects approximately 4" from the wall or other mounting surface. There is dimpling visible on the outside edge of the cup, approximately 1/4 of the distance up the cup from the base, which is at the same level as the threaded three pronged cup support inside the cup. This possibly indicates that in the past, someone jammed something hard into the cup holder, pushing the three pronged support into the sides of the cup. The threaded support works fine, and tightens securely, holding the mounting base to the cup. The entire assembly was polished. Additional polishing could be undertaken, or the cup holder could be left to revert to a darker patina. Please see photographs to assess the condition of the Cup Holder, and to determine if it is suitable for your use. All flaws are clearly visible in the photographs.
