This Keep it Soft disc will keep your brown sugar and many other foods soft including cookies, dried fruits, raisins, and marshmallows. It will also re-soften hardened brown sugar and many other foods. Simply soak the disc in water, then blot off excess moisture. Place in a closed container with brown sugar or other food to keep it moist for weeks. When food begins to dry out and harden, simply re-moisten the disc and repeat the process.
