Description: This is a rough, uncut and unpolished Lake Superior Michigan Seam Agate - Fresh Water Agate. These can be quite beautiful inside when cut open. Often there are banding patterns and/or pockets of crystals inside these. You never know until you open them. This one has some faint banding around the outside with some irony crystal pockets as well as some very nice crystal pockets. Fresh water agates are often used for jewelry or cut them and set them on display. Fresh water agates (seam agates) are very hard and take a nice polish. Weight: 2.35 oz. See photo for size.
