Description: This fork has lost the lustre on its finish. There is a deep rub spot from the brake cable. It has marks from use. Despite the cosmetic issues, it seems to be working fine. The fork compresses and returns smoothly. The rebound is adjusted by a 2.5mm Allen wrench. Normally the knob on the bottom will turn a 2.5mm hex rod, however the little plastic cap is rounded inside, and it won't grasp the hex rod. Simply pull the cap and use a 2.5mm Allen hex wrench to make the adjustment and it works fine. The lockout dial is actuated by the cable that attaches to the handlebars. It works pretty well. 8-1/16" steering tube. Disc or V-brake. The V-brake bosses were removed so they would need to be replaced to use them. Sold by Trued Wheel in conjunction with Vintage Velo Venice.
