Description: VINTAGE estimated..1950 era....Made by Bridgeport Co. in BRIDGEPORT CONNECTICUT..(OFFICIAL BOY SCOUT HATCHET with a NEW LEATHER SHEATH. HATCHET was RESORED by CLEANING of RUST and applied a light coat of paint. Handle covers were also cleaned, sealed and butt end was repainted. I added a new LEATHER SHEATH to safely carry. The hatchet length is 13 1/4 inches. The head measures 5 inchesx2 x3 1/4 inches. The weight of hatchet and sheath is 31.9 oz. I will ship by using our insured GROUND ADVANTAGE.
