Description: This is a service to rebuild YOUR any year Corvair Turbocharger so you can enjoy the boost it has when it was new. It is for any Rajay turbocharger of any year and style, B, E, or F. I rebuild about 30-40 turbochargers each year depending on how much time I can commit to them. Please do not pay for the auction until you are ready to ship your turbocharger Your turbocharger will get a new carbon seal, main bearing (bushing), shaft sealing ring, all new gaskets and seal assembly O-ring. It will be re-set to factory specifications with shims to re-claim the normal wear. It will be de-carboned and polished to enhance flow. Any parts worn beyond specification will, of course, be replaced, except for the impeller and turbine. They will be checked for balance and tuned if needed. If they are worn beyond adjustment or broken, I will contact you for how you want to proceed. I have some good used parts that I can replace at cost that were recovered from good cores. Shipping time is inflated so you will have time to get your units to me. The actual repair time is usually 4-5 days from receipt, depending on the condition of your parts. I suggest that you wait until your parts are ready to ship before buying the auction and that you contact me in advance to discuss any concerns or issues you might have. Please don't attempt to disassemble the turbocharger unless you are familiar them and have a hydraulic press as they have some quirks that can cause damage if not done correctly. Pictures are of a system I recently completed and some of the parts are not stock. You will get back what you send, but better. If you would like to send your carburetor at the same time, I have another auction for the two pieces together that will save you some money.
