Rare 1958 Tudor Submariner Big Crown Ref. 7924 with French Military Provenance

Description: For sale is a 1958 Tudor Oyster Prince Submariner Big Crown Ref. 7924 men divers watch, 100% Tudor made, serial number is 275XXX, watch only no box or paper, it was acquired from an ex-French military personnel through the savaging of their inventory store room (see attached pictures), it was all rusted and emerged with water but was never issued before, the watch size is approximately 38mm in diameter (without crown), 40mm (with crown), and 47mm from top to bottom, below is a brief description:Case = original stainless steel brushed case body had not been polished before, has some minor wear only, no rust or corrosion, both numbers are clearly visible between lugsCaseback = some scratches, no rust or corrosion, factory writing is clearly visibleCrystal = original acrylic crystal is cleanDial = 100% original early service silver gilt dial with chapter ring is stunning and clean without any wear on surface (see pictures), tritium markers had aged to an even yellowish patina, all writing is clear and visible, "SWISS T<25" at bottomHands = original steel hands are clean with matching patina, works correctlyBezel = original thick font black divers bezel is clean without any wear, all numbers and markers are good, works wellMovement = original Tudor-signed Cal. 390 automatic winding movement is in running condition, not guarantee waterproof or accuracy, has not been serviced before.Crown = original Brevet-signed single-lock stainless steel screw-down crown is good, can wind and set timeBand = comes with a Rolex rivet oyster bracelet 7206 with 80 end-pieces, has some minor surface wear, has 11 links NoticesPlease feel free to e-mail me with any question, and please ask all questions prior bidding.
