There are some places where the binding on the pages is separating. It is fragile because of its age. It also has a check-out pocket and card in the front. It was published in 1924 in Rock Island, Illinois. This is a first edition. It has a slight musty scent on the pages. Carefully perusing much of the book the pages except for the pocket and the front cover appear clear of any pencil, pen, crayon, etc. markings. Please see photos for condition of the book in general and some of the items I mentioned above. It’s a little gem at 7”x4 1/2”x3/4”
