Back seam of case has some wear, and looks like it could be splitting but I don't believe it has. Book itself is a softcover. Some staining/wear on the book covers. Corners are rubbed a bit. One spine crease. A little staining on the page edges. Interior is in Great condition! There is just one place where the spine is broken where the book falls open at that part.
