This rare chair is padded, it is 24" tall, 11" long and 11" wide, chair is well made, it is tight and has no damage the vinyl seat or back. There are some chips to the finish and where there are seams the finish has cracked and there is some light pin size holes to the back padding, some scuff marks and fading of the color finish at the back of the chair.
