These optics were backup optics for a workstation designed by Resonectics that was used for OLED display applications. The workstation used a ATLEX-300-SI excimer laser. The laser ran at 248nm with a repetition rate of 300hz with an average power of 5 watts and a maximum pulse energy of 18mJ. These optics are unused. I have many different excimer optics available, all designed for 248nm...please inquire for pictures of the rest.
