They have been repainted, and retrofitted with a 110v LED lamp system with bulb. These are used so will still show some "character" i.e. nicks, scratches, chips, etc. Remember, the odds are the retiree or gift recipient you present this to will also display some/many/all/more of those same characteristics too (ok..not nice but accurate). The Fresnel glass globe attaches with the original stainless steel ring. These are older, so the globes may have minor nicks. Look at the picture of a light that we used for a retiree...all the attendees signed it for a lasting testament to their years of dedication. I used a candelabra fixture with an included thin tall LED bulb for effect, but the bulb is easily changed to suit your needs.
