If your tag is faulty or there is an error made by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your tag. All orders excluding Pet ID Tags If you are unsatisfied with your item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. If the item is returned then the buyer is responsible for return postage cost's. We will then refund the full original purchase cost. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days in the same packaging & condition it was sent & returned by a secure service. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty then we will replace the goods & cover any postage cost's incurred.
