Description: This rare vintage orange crate label from the late 1930s - early 1940s is a unique and attractive piece of advertising history. The label depicts a beautiful logo of the mutual orange distributor company from Redland California. The wonderful part about this is there is a gold mining, minor and his borough with heaps of supplies in the lower left corner, and then the sierra mountain range is hugging the sides of the right side of the fruit label. I have seen this label before but not with the mountains and the gold mining man. Since it’s called pure gold, it is a very fitting advertising piece with the gold miner. The edges seem very good. Please check out all pictures carefully on the edges. This label is vintage….,not a copy and is in great condition …. Amazing for an almost 90-year-old label! This label came out of Foresthill, California, in an old gold mining town from a surveyors home. Measures just under 10” by 13 “ It was actually framed, but will be sent without the frame. It was in an old surveyors cabin, along with some signs that I have online. The image shown in this eBay listing is a high-quality accurate color picture of the actual label that is for sale.
