CASE: The rose gold-filled 18-size plain case features an open face. DIAL: This silver dial displays Roman numerals and Breguet hands. MOVT: This key-set #868 movement with hanging ruby cylinder escapement is gilt with a bridge style-cut-away layout. C 3-24 (The case is in very good condition-later.)
