The painting is signed by the artist Robert Wheeler and dated for 1967 (obviously not Robert P Wheeler, as he had died before 1967 in 1966 and usually signed his paintings with the initial P in his signature). The painting looks to be American in origin to me (see photos and determine the artist and the origin). The painting is vintage. The item is from an estate liquidation. The item measures in total about 24 inches high, and it is about 30 inches wide. The painting has some scuffs and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
