Description: Here is a neat vintage advertising item from Falls City Nebraska. This is a hand fan, made of cardboard with wooden stick/handle. The front pictures a colorful peacock, and the word "The CHARM of COLOR PUTNAM Fadeless DYES * TINTS "; the back side reads "COMPLIMENTS of NEITZEL STORES CO. Where Quality Counts FALLS CITY, NEBRASKA " with a lot more advertising of the Putnam products. Cardboard and wood, measures ~ 11 1/4" long and 7" wide. Vintage used, usable condition but some creasing started and some weakness in areas, some stains, wear, etc.; colors are nice but starting to fade.
