Advanced MaterialsWhile there are industry standards regarding material types to meet medical and industrial mask specifications, the quality and breathability of these materials can vary greatly. Our filter composites are custom designed and created for us by industry-leading specialists, who process 100% of our filter media in the USA in an ISO 9001:2015 facility. The advanced electrostatic and meltblown materials used in our NXTGEN filter media result in up to 40% better breathability compared to similarly composited masks from other manufacturers. These advanced materials truly make the NXTGEN EasyFlow Mask® an industry standout in comfort and breathability. Filter Composite TypeOur original filter media, these dual layer medical grade electrostatic filters provide extreme pathogen filtration and very easy breathing. Their 99.9% bacterial and viral filtration efficiency, as well as greater than 98% particulate filtration efficiency at .1 micron are the highest level of filtration available for a medical mask, per ASTM testing standards.This filter media has a class 1 flammability rating and is ASTM level 1 fluid resistant. All of our products have been throughly tested and pre-certified by independent, accredited labs. Our medical grade filters meet FDA GMP standards and have completed all ASTM testing for clinical use as listed in the specifications. Our industrial filter media meets and exceeds N95 standards based on NIOSH NaCl testing, per 42 CFR 84. While we cannot yet legally market our clinical grade filters as FDA approved or our industrial grade filters as N95 until this process is complete. Our products meet and exceed all FDA, NIOSH and EN standards for use as listed in each filter specification. With proper seal, all NXTGEN mask and filter combinations will pass a qualitative fit test.
