Description: Being offered is a set of 6 pairs of engine bearings for the 1942 thru 1959 Dodge & Plymouth 218 and 230 cubic inch 6 cylinder engine, in .040 undersize. Upon examination, I found that there are marks on the bearing consistent with installation. These came from a machine shop and may have been installed for testing purpose. Personally, I don’t think that they ran the engine, but I am not an expert. For reference, I am showing a page of a 1951 Federal Mogul catalog with 9185SB bearing, the correct interchange for the listed bearings.
