Description: 1989 Bleach on black vinyl. 1 of 2000 pressed. I would grade both cover and vinyl as VG, though based on everything I see out there, most would grade as a VG+. Some wear as evidenced in photos, but pretty normal for age. Vinyl plays through fine, though there is some surface noise. Cover does not have any major bends or corner dings. Does not include an original SP order form or poster. A note on that: It seems very clear, after all these years, that there were 1989 Bleach records that included either the poster or order insert, but not both, and sometimes neither. My network of friends has opened sealed OG copies of Bleach and found the following: Nothing, a poster, or an insert. It was Sub Pop after all. White was not supposed to have included a poster, yet there are rare instances where one is included. But also, people over the years have taken a poster and paired it with a copy (black or white) that did not previously have one (or the one that came with it originally was lost/destroyed/etc). I was not at the Lame Fest show where the first press (white) was released; but I did purchase a Bleach immediately upon release of 2nd pressing, and living in the Portland/Seattle areas, owned many copies of both colors over the years; sealed, opened, and so on, as did my fiends. The above is what we have noticed. Further, it seems odd to me that Love Buzz singles have cracked the $10K mark (let alone test pressings) and there were 1100 or so of those pressed, while copies of Bleach still sit where they are, price-wise. I get the "first SP SC single/first Nirvana single" thing; but 2000 pressed of SP34 a few months later is still a pretty low figure for such an important album. Clean OG Neverminds are now approaching $1000 and rising quickly. It feels like the '89 Bleach is a very undervalued album and positioned to increase in value significantly in the near future. All just as an FYI. Also, I have another original Bleach listed if interested. Please review photos and ask any questions prior to purchase. No returns. No international shipping.
