Description: Murano Fratelli Toso Carnivale Multicolor Series Vase Millefiori Murrine Crimped Two Handled Avventurina or Aventurine Early 20th Century Polychrome Hues of blue, yellow, red, white, turquoise and green This amazing mouth-blown and handmade vase is made of dark blue glass covered with white colored glass using the Millepunti technique (literally “a thousand points”). Manufacturing time is unclear, design around 1920, Art Deco. At the neck there are two decorative handles made of blue transparent glass with aventurine, pulled and crimped.The opening is designed like a funnel. It is 9" tall, 3" in diameter, 3¼" handle to handle with a base diameter of 3½". All measurements are approximate This piece is in "as found" condition.
