His research interests include multicriteria decision aid, decision support systems, knowledge management, data mining, multivariate data analysis and artificial intelligence. He worked for a long time for IT firms in large scale projects prior to his commitment to higher education and research activities. He is the author of more than 50 papers in journal, chapter books and conferences.
