I bought them brand new from a reputable online retailer. I can't return them because I'm outside the return window. Nothing wrong with them whatsoever. I haven't even used them aside from poking around through the menu for a couple of minutes while sitting on the couch. Really nice FRS handhelds. IP67 waterproof, so perfect for being around the water or just general emergency preparedness, hunting use, etc. Comes with TWO rechargeable batteries for each handheld (4 batteries total), so you can keep an extra charged battery on hand, and they also use AA batteries as an additional backup. Also comes with (2) USB-A to USB-C charging cords and all the other items that are supposed to be there.
