Description: This is a lovely made in Japan vintage Mikori Ware pale pinky-peach colored teapot with hand painted shades of pink floral Iris with touches of orchid and yellow, and green and orchid leaves. There is a big floral on one side and a small floral on the other with a little floral on the teapot lid as well. The teapot has silver trim around the spout, around teapot opening, on teapot handle top and on the knob on teapot lid. This teapot holds about 24 ounces. The teapot is 8-1/2" from spout to handle, 3" tall and 6" in diameter at widest point. All the hand painted flowers are in wonderful condition. There is some wear on silver, there are no chips but there is a small crack on the top to the right of the handle on teapot. It does not go through to inside. See last photo.
