We took it to a jewelry shop to test it and they said that the case is made out of 18K gold and the stones on the bezel are diamonds and sapphires. We have not tested the stone that's in the crown, so we're not sure if it's a sapphire as well. Please note that only the case is made out of solid gold. The band is not.
