They have an adjustable waist, have velcro adjusters, are front fly zip, have a snap button waist, have 2 zippered pockets, have articulated knees, and have built-in ankle boot gaiters. The pants are a waterproof/ breathable nylon shell, are lined, and are insulated with polyester. Inseam measures 31 inches, outseam measures 43.5 inches, and waist stretches from 40-42 inches. The tag states size Mens XL and we have given measurements because sizing varies from garment to garment. It appears the front buttons on the waist have worn/melted at some point from years in storage. The pants also ahve some light dust on the legs from storage. They are priced accordingly.
