Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damages incurred and you will have to handle any claims for damage with that carrier directly. For all other items that can be shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or Greyhound Package Express, we will send you a shipping/handling invoice via paypal after you have paid for your item on eBay. All items are insured with the carrier. All damage items claims with Fedex, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review. All claims must be reported to the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf. LOCAL PICKUP: SF Bay Area only.
