Jubilee I say "new" because the packages were carefully opened to check contents but were immediately repacked and NEVER displayed and NEVER posed or played with. Every figure is 100% complete and in new condition. I do not like to sell sealed figures from the "plastic free packaging" era because there could be swaps or factory errors in paint or missing parts inside. I want to confirm the condition of everything I sell. The tape on the bottom side of the box was sliced carefully with an X-Acto knife (no frayed tape or torn graphics on the beautiful box art. The contents were inspected and then packed up.
