Description: 1893 cover from Chciago IL to Proctorsville Vt. 2 cent green stamped envelpoe, International machine cancel, armour & company corner card; cover reduced at left a bit unevenly. Nothing special - but for the fact that it's March 4, 1893, which was the date of Grover Cleveland's inauguration. Nice 19th century inauguaration date cover for those that collect them.
