Description: I have for sale a Marantz Model 2220B Stereo Receiver. Shows some nicks and scratches but overall it’s in good condition. There’s some oxidation on the RCA connectors. Could use a good cleaning inside and outside. Please inspect photos carefully as they form part of the description. A true garage find and it could use a good cleaning especially on the inside. There’s a layer of grime and sticky dust on the entire inside including on all the circuit boards (please see photos). There may be some corrosion as well. There’s also some paint overspray on the cover. Tested all the inputs and tuner and they all work and sound very nice. The lights also all work. Could probably use some contact cleaner on the knobs and switches. Given that this item is vintage and could use some servicing, this is sold strictly AS-IS for parts or restoration. I’ll repeat, the inside of this unit is EXTREMELY DIRTY & GRIMEY and will need a deep cleaning.
