This is the Blue Parallel Card numbered 46/49 and features Captain Carson Teva. That's right, only 49 of these exist!!! You probably know that and is why you found the listing, so I won't add much else except to say these were randomly inserted into order for the timed limited release for the week's episode in March 2023.
