LOT of (2) Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 - 13.5" (Win 11 PRO, 256GB, i5 8th Gen)

The charger is a Microsoft charger but only 44 Watts instead of the standard 65 Watts that typically comes with these laptops. The charger came from a different Microsoft Surface product. However, it is fully compatible with these laptops and powerful enough to charge them. *** Each laptop and charger will be bubble wrapped separately, then surrounded by more padding. I will also ask FedEx to put Fragile stickers on the box. These laptops have been moderately used and show signs of wear. I’d rate one a 6.5/10 and the other an 8/10. I disinfected and thoroughly cleaned both of them. However, some of the soiled parts on the palm rests I couldn’t get completely clean. The 6.5 has partial missing rubber on the feet with one foot missing all the rubber, more staining on the palm rests, an extremely small nick on the outside casing, a small dent on the underside front right corner, the touchscreen doesn’t work, some light wear on the keys, and the battery health is at 90%. The 8/10 has two very small missing pieces on the rubber feet, less staining on the palm rests, some light wear on the keys, and the battery health is at 89%. They were purchased and shipped directly from Microsoft. I erased the hard drives and re-installed the operating systems, one on 4/8/24, the other on 4/9/24. The only use they have seen since then is to update the software. These have the PRO version of Windows, NOT the Home version. The operating system, firmware, Microsoft Edge, and all Microsoft Store apps have been updated as of 6/20/24. I will charge the batteries and install the most recent updates prior to shipping. I ran a battery health report on both (pictured). These laptops have a touchscreen (one touchscreen is not functioning) and Windows Hello for facial recognition through the 720p webcam to unlock the laptop or a standard password can be added. Currently they’re set up with no password and just a generic user profile with no customizations. They do NOT have any additional software other than the Windows 11 PRO operating system. They do NOT have Microsoft Office. However, you can use Microsoft Office online with a free Microsoft account. Model: 1769. Color: Platinum w/ Alcantara suede-like palm rest. The charger has a USB port built into it that can be used to charge mobile devices.
