There is some edge wear on both sides; most notably on the front, where there is a tear at the bottom left corner (at spine). Cover is split--and starting to become detached--along about 25% of the top and 15% of the bottom of the spine. Inner pages: First several pages show some staining but very clean after that. While I have not inspected each and every page, I observed no writing or torn pages. TAPE MEASURE: Tape does NOT come out of the opening; I have not tried to extract it. Exhibits some light spotty staining. No cracks in the celluloid. Please inspect pics carefully BEFORE bidding and do not bid if you expect to receive items that are somehow "better" than the ones pictured and described here. NO RETURNS...
