Please note that when multiple hanks have the same color and lot number, they were dyed together. Koigu dyes in 1 kg bundles, so typically 22 hanks that are almost identical and can be used for the same project. Plied for durability, this lightweight wool is soft, silky, and retains the natural elasticity of merino. An extremely versatile yarn, the Premium Merino is ideal for both hand knitting and crochet, as well as machine knitting, weaving and needlework; this yarn is perfect for creating slippers, shawls, blankets, hats, and gloves… the list could go on forever! The brilliant colors have to be seen to be believed. Koigu offers hundreds of colorways and some are never repeated. Koigu repeats their most popular colors and will custom dye their other colors on a very very limited basis. So if you see something here you like, grab it.
