Dated March 25, 1776,” contains the cautionary message on the verso “To Counterfeit is Death,” countersigned by John Stevens, Jr. and Jonathan Deare, printed in Burlington, New Jersey by Isaac Collins, issued as No. 2395, measures 4 by 2.25 inches, in very good condition with heavy wearing and soiling and Hart’s signature faded, and encapsulated and graded by PMG with Very Fine 25.
