The set is really clean and my kids are anything but clean. The listing states used because it is opened but it looks new. The manual does have a bend and tear to the front page, see photos. There is also a small puncture in the box, I think my kids made a pretend game out of the box, who knows. The vehicle included may or may not be original. This is the car I found with this set in the plastic, but the plastic has a cut in it, like my kids were checking out the car and maybe put it back in. We've had this set sitting in the closet for years and now someone actually needs to enjoy it.
