The oil has been well presented in a painted gilt frame. Signed to the lower left with further inscriptions by the artist verso. On canvas on stretchers. Condition The condition is typical for a picture of this age, including some surface discolouration and craquelure. The gilt-painted frame shows signs of wear, with small cracks and chips on all sides. Historic woodworm holes have been treated on the reverse of the frame.
