Description: On offer, we have an original etching by famous French artist Henri-Georges Adam (1904-1967). "Le Violon" is a wonderful musical instrument with a definite female shape. This is signed boldly in pencil "Adam '52", titled "Le Violon" and numbered "75/200". Next to the number is an impressed seal "Guilde De La Gravure" and the paper has a faint watermark "Rives". The thick textured paper measures 22" X 15". I am not an expert on art, but believe this is in excellent condition: Pristine. The print is bright, bold, clean and clear with very deep impressions. It has been handled and has a very few light wrinkles. The back has tape at the top from where this was once in a matte. Please view my photographs for more description.
