Description: The Estate Sale I purchased the artwork from had several pieces by the artist however, this is the only one that I purchased. If you scroll through the photos, you can see a pamphlet that was attached to some of the larger paintings and is not included I’m just listing it for informational purposes. This original watercolor had slipped in the frame, and if you look closely in the upper left-hand corner, you can see a lighter color in the skyline that was covered up by the matting. The rest of the painting has toned to a light brownish color with age. I removed it from the frame and I realigned it with the matting and secured it using masking tape over the existing tape that was already on it. And then put new tabs to hold it in place, securing it in the frame. There was no information on the back of the piece and it is simply signed on the front Frank. The painting, and the frame are in overall good condition with age and it is framed under glass. Thanks for your interest.
