Drink 150 ml. half an hour before meals 3 times a day. Infusion 1:1 tbsp. dried hawthorn berry is boiled with 500 ml of boiling water and left to soak for 2 hours. Strain. Drink 150 ml 3 times a day. Decotion:Combine 2 teaspoons of dried berries to each cup of cold water in a covered saucespan. Bring to a boil over a low heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Let steep until cool enough to drink.
