CONDITION: This book is in "good" to "very good" condition as far as eBay defines standards on condition. PACKAGING: I sometimes get questions about why I charge a bit more money for shipping, and the answer really shows up at your door. All of that costs a few bucks extra, in addition to the cheaper shipping options. I try to keep things as cheap as I can, but that is why the costs are a little higher, and will continue to be so. I am pricing this book based on the fact that it is a 1st edition & 1st printing, because it is in great condition overall particularly considering it is 20 years old this year, and because these 1st printings are getting more and more challenging to find.
