The top part is adjustable. Constructed of aluminum and Satin brass, it takes a halogen tube bulb 300w max. It has a fully built full range dimmer on the side. Measurements: 12” diameter, 72.25” high. The lamp has very little wear and is in overall VERY good condition , All wear is noticeable in the photos as shown.
