Description: Brass Builders plate from General Motors EMC built for New York Central. The unit was an SW-1 and was numbered 647. This plate has no damage and is absolutely beautiful. Back is unrestored. I bought this thinking I needed an SW1 however had one when I got home. So here it is. Beautiful Plate!!
