Description: FOR SALE: One Franklin Mint Connoisseur's Series 1:12th scale finely crafted diecast model of the 1967 Chevrolet L88 Corvette Roadster convertible in Red. These were sold for $495 when new. There is over 500 parts, and it is advertised to produce realistic engine sounds. I bought this new from Franklin Mint when they were released. Not sure what year, but in the 1990's I believe. Condition: Never been on display but has been taken out of box a couple of times over the years. Still in original shipping carton. For some reason the left driver side mirror is broken off and all that is left is the stem. Not sure what happened to the mirror head. Also missing is one of the red plastic tools (see last picture). Otherwise, should be is complete. See pictures as they are part of the description.
